Next “Powerful Tools for Caregivers” Classes Scheduled to Begin September 2, 2021


Are you a family caregiver of an older adult?  You need some powerful tools to help you because its not easy being a caregiver.

PTC can give you the skills you need to take care of yourself while caring for someone else.  By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver.

Learn ways to help reduce stress, improve self-confidence, manage time, set goals and solve problems, better communicate your feelings, make tough decisions, and locate helpful resources

Six sessions are held once a week led by trained, experienced class leaders.

Participants receive a workbook to accompany the class and are provided additional caregiver resources at no cost.

Dates:  Every Thursday beginning September 2, 2021 through October 7, 2021

Time:  4:30 pm – 6:00 pm

Location:  Online (Zoom).

Must have a computer or tablet with microphone, camera, and reliable internet connection.
