Our next Powerful Tools for Caregivers series is set to begin on Monday September 9th, and will be held each Monday through October 14th. This class is provided to family caregivers of older adults who are looking for ways to take better care of themselves. This evidence-based program provides tools related to emotion management, communication, working with others, and more, and includes some wonderful self-care exercises.
The class is offered either in-person or virtually, and registration is required. There is no cost for the class, and all participants receive The Caregiver Helpbook as a resource. Please call or email today to sign up… (910-484-0111, lhughes@ccccooa.org!
