The Community Caregiving Circle connects older adults at risk of isolation to community volunteers who make regular phone calls and visits to provide companionship and support. The program also supports caregivers by offering support groups and caregiver classes.

The Council on Older Adults is seeking a part-time staff member to fill the role of the Community Caregiving Circle Coordinator. This individual will help recruit and support community volunteers, connect volunteers to seniors at risk of isolation, and provide assistance to family caregivers within the community.
