Let’s face it, caregiving can be stressful at times.
This workshop provides a brief introduction to the Powerful Tools for Caregivers sessions scheduled to begin September 2, 2021
and focuses on tools useful for stress management.
You do not have to participate in PTC regular sessions to attend, but we encourage you to take advantage of the regular sessions as well.
